CD:USA - CD:USA is an American music television show airing exclusively on DirecTV in the United States. The show is an American version of CD:UK, a similarly themed music show on ITV1 in the UK.
CD duplication - CD duplication is a term used to describe short-run or small quantity copying of CDs. CD (compact disc) duplication came about in the late 1990s as a way to circumvent high production cost and quantity requirements for CD replication.

Traditional Japanese Music and Musical Instruments: The New Edition by William P. Malm,
